Participation is easy! Simply request a Referral Card and fill in your name on the reverse. Pass the card along to friends, family or colleagues. When the person presents the card at their appointment, and subsequently places a policy with us you will receive a special gift, courtesy of Salvatore Insurance.
In addition to your gift your name will also be entered into a quarterly draw for a $100 gift card to a local retailer of your choice! There’s no limit to the number of ballots you can have!
